We recently appointed Primus Realty to manage our property - a unit in Perth city. While these are the early days into our contract, we'd like to comment on services Primus provided to us to date. We are impressed with how responsive the company is - thanks to their advice, and thanks to people who work with them, we could get our property ready in no time. Multiple quality trades people were available to work on our property quickly and all have done a fantastic job. The listing for our property posted online was very professional - we were very pleased with the description, the photos, and the virtual tour. And, thanks to the way our property was presented, we had a lot of interest. Primus Realty employees were always being transparent & open - throughout the process we were always informed about the progress, any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed. Thanks to all of the above, it was surprisingly fast to get the property rented out - with minimum involvement from us. Their service is great value for money. Thanks Amber & team!

Primus Realty are absolutely fabulous to deal with. Every person on the Primus team is responsive to my enquiries and requests and always professional in every interaction. They work as a co-ordinated team, so there is always more that one person that I can deal with to get things sorted if I need help which is really impressive! I highly recommend the Team at Primus Realty for anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and professional property manager. Amber and all the Team have been managing my property for some time now and have always gone over and above to ensure everything runs smoothly. Nothing is ever a problem. I have rented through Primus on multiple occasions now. They are always professional, proactive and easy to deal with. After renting the first house from them, they made such a good impression that when I was looking for an agent to manage my property I reached out to them straight away. The experiance from the owner side was just as good and I cannot reccomend Amber and the team enough. 10/10 would trust them to look after my property again!

Credit to Amber and the team for taking care of my rental property! They are so personal, patient and has handled everything to the level I require, never intrusive. They allow me to set and (almost) forget, which takes a lot off my mental load. A pleasure to have not just on my side, but their care and professionalism results in great long term tenants. I'd give them more properties to look after if i could! They deserve all the stars xxx

Working between Sydney and Perth I needed a furnished apartment that I could use a base whilst I was in Perth. The Primus team helped me to find the right apartment and provided "best in class" customer service throughout the lease. No property is without issues, The Primus team took ownership and resolved problems quickly and proactively, including arranging for a portable air conditioner whilst the buildings HVAC underwent emergency repairs. Having been both a tenant and a landlord I can unreservedly recommend Primus Realty. A Huge Thanks to Amber, Ashleigh and the broader Primus Reality team.
